Logos Bible Software has announced the launch of their new print magazine, “Bible Study Magazine.” The first issues is set to go in Nov-Dec and will feature Josh McDowell.

In every 48-page issue, you’ll get sound advice and enriching insights from the pastors and scholars who have spent a lifetime applying the Bible to their lives and teaching others how to do the same. Read pastor profiles, author interviews, and stories of individuals whose thoughtful engagement with Scripture has shaped their thinking and defined their ministries. Bible Study Magazine reveals the impact of God’s Word on their lives and the power of Scripture in yours.

In the Nov-Dec 2008 Issue:

  • Josh McDowell discusses how he defends the Bible
  • A Dead Sea Scrolls’ expert tells you about the oldest copy of Isaiah
  • A Bible translator helps you pick out a Bible translation
  • A mother discusses the difficulty of finding time for Bible study
  • The Bible, archaeology, and ancient mythology collide
  • A Bible teacher discusses how Bible study saved his marriage

On top of all this, you will:

  • Find answers to the difficult questions in the book of Hebrews
  • Learn about the unknown god in Paul’s speech using Bible dictionaries
  • Discover the “power” of Luke’s Gospel through a word study

Looks interesting.  They are currently running a pre-pub special, so check it out if you want to order.
